Throat Chakra

The Throat Chakra is our Communication Center. It is about the expression of yourself: Your truth, purpose in life and creativity. Throat Chakra connects us to our Spirit and carries the perfect blueprint of our multidimensional self. A person with balanced throat chakra is able to express himself/herself openly and authentically for what they stand for.

They are deeply attuned to the Higher Realms and listen to others deeply. When this chakra is blocked it manifests as dishonesty, disillusionment, hostility, confusion, repressed expression or gullibility.

• Are you fearful of speaking your truth? Are you committed to your word? Do you listen to others when they are expressing their truth? Do you listen to the wisdom that is arising from within?
• Observe your answers, are they balanced? If not, your Throat Chakra may be out of balance.
