Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra is the center of our emotional, creative and sexual energy. The energy of this center allows you to let go, feel the flow, the change and transformation, allow you to experience life in the present moment. A person with a balanced sacral chakra lives a life with passion and joy. They are creative and present in their body.

They nurture and maintain healthy inter-personal relationships. Guilt blocks the flow of this energy center. This imbalance manifests as over-indulgence, addiction, emotional repression or emotional explosiveness, greediness, sexual repression.

• Do you love your body as it is? How often do you do things that you enjoy? Is there harmony in your relationships? Do you make time to express yourself through creative forms such as music, art, dance, photography, writing? Are you in tune with your emotions.
• Observe your answers, are they in balance? If not you may have blockages in you Sacral Chakra.
