A person with a balanced crown chakra comes from a place of for joy and deep sense of peace, seeing universal oneness, unity of all forces. Blockages in this chakra manifests as cynicism, being disconnected from Spirit, isolation, obsessive attachment to spiritual matters, insomnia, depression.

• Are you able to give without the need for acknowledgment or recognition? Are you curious about new concepts, ideas, new ways of thinking? Are you able to let go with love and detachment? Are you attached to outcomes?
• Observe. Observe your patterns, your responses. Are they in balance? If not, your Crown Chakra is experiencing blockages.
